We will offer our Irish customers free delivery for a limited time. The minimum spend is £500, Churches and Salt deals are not included. 

We are a strictly trade-only site, supplying the UK and international companies. There is currently no minimum order.

All orders require a signature. The courier service will attempt to deliver your parcels twice. If unsuccessful the goods will be returned to us, resulting in further postage charges payable by 'the customer'. 

We currently do not offer weekend or bank holiday delivery.  

If you require your goods urgently, please ensure you allow time for any delays due to bad weather, busy periods, and unforeseen circumstances.

If your goods are being delivered on a pallet, please allow 3-4 days for delivery.

We endeavor to dispatch all paid orders that are placed before noon the same day, excluding weekends and bank holidays, however, this is not 100% guaranteed.

International Deliveries

Overseas European customers will need to have an EORI number for us to be able to ship the goods to you. This can be applied for online and should take around 10 minutes to complete.

To apply for a European EORI number, you need to:

1. Visit your country’s customs authority website or the European Commission’s EORI website.
2. Gather the required documentation and information, including your business’s legal name, address, and tax identification number.
3. Complete the online application form, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
4. Provide an email address for HMRC to contact you at, and verify your email address by clicking the link sent to you.
5. Complete the application (it should take you around 10 minutes).
6. Confirm the information and submit your application.

All international orders will be processed and then your goods will be picked, packed, and weighed. We will then send you the total price for the goods and postage. Our shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination.

Upon receipt of your payment, your goods will be dispatched. 

Shipping charges must be paid again if despatched for a second time.

Before orders are despatched an EORI number will need to be provided.

If you are ordering outside the UK, you may experience time delays when receiving your order. This is due to customs clearance.
