Who can order from Crystal Magick Wholesale?

We are a trade-only business supplying to registered companies and sole traders. You must have a valid business and meet our minimum order requirement to shop with us.

Is there a minimum order value?

No — we don’t have a minimum order value. Whether you’re just starting out or topping up your shelves, you’re welcome to order as little or as much as you need.

How do I apply for a wholesale account?

Simply fill out our registration form through our website. Once approved, you'll gain full access to pricing and ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide and regularly work with trade customers across Europe, the USA, Australia and beyond.

Do you charge VAT?

We are VAT registered in the UK.

  • UK customers: VAT is added at checkout.

  • International B2B customers: You may be able to reclaim import VAT via your own country’s tax system.

Please note: We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or VAT charges upon arrival in your country.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all UK mainland paid orders placed before 12 noon on the same working day.

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for full details on overseas shipping.

Can I arrange my own courier or collect my order in person?

Yes, absolutely.

You're welcome to arrange your own courier or collect your order directly from our warehouse. Just let us know your preference at checkout or contact us after placing your order, and we’ll prepare everything for a smooth pickup.

Loyalty Discount Scheme

We’re proud to support our regular customers with our Loyalty Discount Scheme, designed to reward your continued support.

Your discount is based on your annual spend (excluding VAT), calculated over the past 365 days:

  • Spend £1,000+ – Receive 5% off

  • Spend £2,500+ – Receive 10% off

  • Spend £5,000+ – Receive 15% off

How it works:

  • Your discount is automatically applied to eligible products on all future orders once your spend threshold has been reached.

  • All qualifying prices on the website will be shown with your loyalty discount included.

  • If you’re purchasing Bulk Discount items, you’ll receive both the bulk and loyalty discounts.

  • For items listed as Nett Bulk or Pallet Deals, only the bulk discount will apply.

  • Products under Nett, Pallet Deals, or Casualty Bay categories are excluded from the loyalty spend calculation.

  • Orders placed via Faire are not included in your annual loyalty spend.

  • Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

How do credit notes work if there?s a problem with my order?

How do credit notes work if there’s a problem with my order?

If there’s an issue with your order — such as a missing or damaged item — we’ll notify you and apply a credit note to your online account.

You can view and redeem your credit note at checkout by logging in and selecting it as a payment option.

If you notice a problem after receiving your order:

Please contact us first so we can investigate and issue a credit note if appropriate.

Prefer a refund instead?

No problem — just let us know and we’ll be happy to convert the credit note into a refund to your original payment method.

How can I see your products in person?

We offer a few ways for our trade customers to view our range:

  • Showroom Visits – You're welcome to visit our UK showroom by appointment. It’s a great chance to hand-pick your stock and see the full range up close. Just get in touch to book a visit.

  • Virtual Showroom Tours – Can’t make it in person? No problem! We’re happy to arrange a video call where we can walk you through new arrivals, bestsellers, and custom picks tailored to your shop.

  • Trade Shows & Exhibitions – We regularly exhibit at UK and international trade events. Follow us on social media or join our mailing list to see where we’ll be next!

Are your crystals ethically sourced?

Yes — we take pride in offering ethically sourced crystals wherever possible. Many of our pieces are hand-picked by our team directly from trusted suppliers around the world.

We work closely with small-scale miners, family-run businesses, and long-standing partners who share our values around fair trade, safe working conditions, and environmental responsibility.

Can I use your product photos and descriptions on my website or social media?

Yes — if you’ve purchased the product from us, you’re welcome to use our images and descriptions to promote your items.

We kindly ask that our content is not used to promote similar products purchased elsewhere.
